Jhonny Montoya, Owner

From Caracas, Venezuela, Jhonny is a dedicated and motivational leader. This former professional athlete brings extensive expertise in athletic development, coaching, and wellness. With a background spanning the military, strength and conditioning, coaching, and professional baseball, he is skilled at instilling discipline, resilience, and a culture of health and teamwork. Known for building rapport across diverse groups, he's committed to making a positive impact.

Kylie Hernandez

 Hometown standout from Bryan, Texas, and former collegiate softball player who competed with the Illusions Gold Organization in Houston and was a four-year letterman at Bryan High School. After earning a scholarship to play at San Jacinto Community College, Kylie now brings her passion and experience to coaching, dedicated to developing young athletes and giving back to her community.

Christine Kulick

 From Aliso Viejo, California, Christine brings 16 years of coaching experience and a strong athletic background. A former NCAA Division I third baseman at San Diego State, she also played internationally in Canada.

As a left-handed hitter and right-handed thrower, she excels in all aspects of the game, including hitting, defense, catching, pitching, and speed training. Known for her positive coaching style, Christine builds confidence in athletes and maximizes natural talent.


Christina Moncivais

A softball coach specializing in pitching, catching, and mental conditioning. She has experience with private lessons, school programs, and developing athletes at various levels. Her background in the U.S. Army Reserve strengthens her discipline, leadership, and team-focused mindset. As a former collegiate player and NCCAA national champion, Christina combines technical knowledge with a strong passion for helping athletes grow both on and off the field.

Britton Nash

A current Agricultural Business student at Texas A&M University, originally from Leona, Texas, Coach Britton brings both playing experience and a passion for athlete development to the field. As a former collegiate pitcher at North Central Texas College, he developed a strong appreciation for the game, along with the discipline, consistency, and work ethic required to compete at a high level.


Lance Dobbins

 Coach Dobbins is a Bryan High School graduate with over two decades of experience developing elite-level pitchers. After completing his collegiate and professional playing career, he transitioned into scouting and draft consulting. Since 2002, he has specialized in building pitchers from the ground up focusing on the mental game, efficient mechanics, and long-term arm health. 

Rayce Hudson

Recently completed his collegiate baseball career after competing at both the junior college and Division I levels, finishing at Prairie View A&M University. A former District MVP, First Team All-District, and All-State pitcher, he brings high-level playing experience and a passion for developing the next generation of athletes.

Currently completing his Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Rayce combines his knowledge of player development, movement, and performance to help athletes.
